The Portland sports-bra brand built on one idea: women deserve better — and the pads that make one bra fit many bodies.

Necessity is the mother of invention, but it was Jennifer Ferguson — a busy mom and fitness instructor from Montana — who turned it into the Original Handful bra. She couldn't find a bra that kept up with her, so she made one.
Handful became her third "child," named after her father's nickname for her.
FOUR WOMEN
Jennifer teamed up with three women who shared her drive — Tina Thede, Jody Filkins and Cary Kim. Together they built Handful into a woman-owned brand sold in boutiques nationwide.
The guiding star is the "Handful High Five": Fashion, Function, Feel, Fun and FIGHT.
PADS ARE THE SUPERPOWER
Every Handful bra has a hidden pocket that takes the brand's removable Lights-Out pads — washable, non-silicone, stackable. Use them to build, shape, balance or replace volume lost to surgery.
Each bra comes with a set; more can be added. It's why the same bra fits so many different bodies.
